【R’s KOSO recipe】Postbiotic chocolate pudding — Only 5 ingredients!

You will get about half for women and 1/3 for men of USDA’s recommended daily amount of fiber from this healthy chocolate pudding. Can you believe this is made of only 5 ingredients?


Ingredients (Serve 2):

R’s KOSO 2 tablespoons

Organic rαw cacao powder 1/4 cup

1 medium avocado

1 medium banana

A pinch of sea salt

*Add honey, maple syrup, or date to add more sweetness to it if you like.


1. Put everything into the blender and blend until smooth

2. Pour into the containers.

3. Chill them in the fridge for at least 30 minutes

4. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt when you serve
