Recipe (1 serving)
R’s KOSO 1 tablespoon
Apple juice or Apple cider 1 cup
Water 1 cup
Cinnamon 1 stick
Ginger 3 slices
1. Heat apple cider, pumpkin puree, ginger, cinnamon sticks, and water on medium-high heat in a saucepan.
2. Bring to a boil, and reduce to a simmer for five minutes.
3. Remove the ginger and cinnamon sticks.
4. Pour the cider into a cup
5. Add R’s KOSO when the cider cooled down a little
