If you are drinking smoothies made using only fruits and vegetables, try adding proteins (ex: yogurt, kefir, tofu) and some healthy fats (ex: avocado, cashew nut, almond, peanut butter, and hemp seed).

This will help balance your blood sugar. Healthy fats will also help absorb fat-soluble nutrients.

Blood sugar is controlled by hormone called insulin. As all hormones communicate each other in your body, an insulin imbalance leads to an imbalance of other hormones.

【Healthy Hormone Smoothie Recipe】

Ingredients (1 serving)

R’s KOSO 1 tablespoon

Frozen cauliflower 1/2 cup

Frozen banana 1/2

Hemp seeds 1 tablespoon

Peanut butter 1 tablespoon

Cacao powder 2 tablespoons

Instruction

In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Add water or nut milk if you need it.
