【RECEPE】Asian style beet carpaccio with curly green onion

Asian style beet carpaccio with curly green onion recipe by certified holistic nutritionist Eriko.

Beets are known as blood purifiers. It supports liver health and helps you keep healthy skin. It contains beneficial minerals such as iron, magnesium, and potassium. As well as vitamins such as folic acids, and vitamin C.

Ingredients (Serve 2)

Beet 1 medium

Dressing

R’s KOSO 1 tablespoon

Rice vinegar 1 tablespoon

Sesame seed oil 1/2 tablespoon

Topping

Green onion 2 2~3 inches

Sesame 1/2 teaspoon

[Instruction]

1, Preheat the oven to 350 F. Combine all the ingredients for the dressing

2, Cover the beets with the aluminum foil and bake until fork-tender (About one hour depending on the size of a beet)

3, Slice beet and put on the plate

4, Pour some dressing and sprinkle sesame seeds and green onion Try this recipe and let us know how you like :)
